Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing primary packaging systems and components for oral products (bottles and blisters) and/or parenteral products (vials), including specifications, drawings, and test documentation.
- Translating regulatory and industry requirements into robust development practices, ensuring technical documentation is compliant, inspection-ready, and aligned with relevant standards and pharmacopeia expectations.
- Driving safety risk management activities, requirements engineering, technical troubleshooting, and systematic problem-solving across development projects.
- Planning and coordinating project execution by defining goals, managing timelines, resources, budgets, and ensuring delivery against agreed scope, quality, schedule, and cost targets.
- Leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders, supporting supplier collaboration, integrated change control, governance activities, and compliance with Novo Nordisk Quality Management System and Environmental, Health & Safety requirements.
In this role, you will also work closely with specialists in testing, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and external suppliers to ensure seamless development, transfer, and implementation of primary packaging solutions.
